Early Years Practitioner

About the role: We are looking for a Teaching Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills, who represents the diversity of our school community. At St John's, we recognise your contributions and see you all as heroes every second of the day. As a Leadership Team we are always thinking how we can make it more manageable for our staff with meaningful support.

What we need: We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is proactive, uses their initiative, and is flexible when changes occur.

Contract: Full/part time (8:30 am-3:30 pm Monday to Thursday / 8:30 am-2:30 pm Friday), term time only. Initially this will be a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of moving to a permanent position.

To be successful in this post, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in the classroom to ensure a nurturing environment.
• An understanding of children with additional needs.
