Milk Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Bradford.

Whether you're looking for day to day supply, short term assignments or long term opportunities, we have flexible roles to suit your availability. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers to support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

About the role

• Day to day supply
• Short term placements
• Long term roles with the potential to become permanent

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Delivering targeted interventions and small group work
• Providing one to one support where required
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence
• Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where appropriate
• Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding at all times

What we're looking for

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent experience working within a primary school
• A positive, proactive and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
• A flexible and adaptable attitude
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
