The Role:

Job Title: Early Careers Recruitment Advisor

Salary: £45,000 (DoE)

Location: London - Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?

• Manage all Early Careers data and MI
• Build relationships with external attraction partnerships
• Manage regular Early Careers team meetings - circulate the agenda, gather information, and circulate topics discussed
• Assist and guide the Early Careers Assistant, including interviews and recruitment days
• Work closely with the Early Careers Development Team and HR
• Assist with Early Careers Marketing and Events
• Keep up to date with industry developments
• Screen applications

What is the company looking for?

• Prior experience in Early Careers or Graduate Recruitment
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Dynamic, collaborative, and professional
• Confident working under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities
• Eagerness to learn new skills
