Hours: 18 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible, Mon/Tue/Wed/Sat/Sun PM/Evening

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Responsibilities

The role of E store Retail Supervisor involves working with the E store team to ensure the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders, picking and packing them for customers, and delivering them directly to their doors. You will lead the teams to achieve KPIs and ensure adherence to health and safety. Additionally, you will spend time on the shop floor, restocking shelves and assisting in store customers to provide outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast paced high street retailer (preferred)
• Understanding of retail key performance indicators, including sales, profit, and service metrics
• The ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided; not essential)
