Dovetail Recruitment are working with a growing south coast consumer goods business to recruit an Ecommerce Marketing Executive to support their fast-paced marketing and ecommerce team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone analytical, organised, and detail-focused who enjoys working with product data, ecommerce platforms, reporting, and digital marketing support.

The business combines UK manufacturing, product development, and ecommerce operations, supplying products across major online marketplaces and retail channels.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within ecommerce, digital marketing, or commercial marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain product listings, copy, pricing, and merchandising across ecommerce websites
  • Ensure products are accurately categorised and presented online
  • Resolve issues raised through the internal ticketing system
  • Support email marketing campaigns and promotional activity
  • Analyse website performance, ecommerce trends, and advertising data
  • Produce reports and insights for management teams
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis
  • Maintain product, customer, and website databases
  • Support monthly reporting, KPIs, and trading analysis
  • Assist wider marketing and customer experience teams where required
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of marketing and ecommerce
  • Confident using systems, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally degree educated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
About You

This is not a heavily creative marketing role. Instead, it would suit someone who enjoys accuracy, analysis, ecommerce operations, and supporting commercial growth behind the scenes.

You'll take pride in keeping information organised, spotting errors, analysing performance, and helping improve online product visibility and sales performance.
