Key responsibilities:
Co-creating and executing B2B and B2C digital communication strategies in collaboration with HQ, marketing and sales teams, and external agencies
Creating and managing B2B and B2C social media communications (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): strategy, content creation, planning, publishing, moderation, and community management
Designing digital visuals and producing local content, while adapting global assets and collaborating with graphic agencies on complex projects
Managing LMS platforms for physicians and sales teams, including content implementation, module rollout, and user support
Developing digital tools and sales enablement assets (e-Sales Aid materials)
Supporting e-commerce initiatives and online sales projects
Monitoring and analysing digital marketing performance, reporting insights, optimizing campaigns, and tracking trends, including automation opportunities
Ensuring compliance of all materials with regulatory requirements (medical devices, cosmetics, B2B/B2C) in collaboration with Medical and Legal teams
Supporting offline marketing, events, and communications activities, including translation from English into Polish and ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels
Your profile:
Higher education degree, preferably in digital marketing or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in aesthetics, cosmetics, or premium brands is highly desirable)
Knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, in particular in the following areas: social media and advertising campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager), online advertising (Google Ads), analytics (Google Analytics 4), graphic and creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma), as well as basic video editing and production
Independence and effectiveness: ability to manage time efficiently and run multiple complex, dynamic projects simultaneously
Proactive and creative mindset: takes ownership, seeks new solutions, contributes ideas, and co-creates rather than only executes jid080d8e6a jit0521a jiy26a
