Dynatrace Consultant - Investment Banking, Business Processes

Senior Dynatrace Consultant sought by leading financial services organisation based in west London.

Inside IR35 - 3 days a week on site

Looking for a Dynatrace Expert with Business Chain Knowledge.

We are seeking a Dynatrace expert who not only has deep technical expertise in the platform but also understands end-to-end business processes, particularly in the financial domain (e.g., equity pricing and related workflows).

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize the use of Dynatrace within the client's existing architecture.
Map and monitor business chains, with a focus on equity pricing processes and related transactions.
Help bridge the gap between technical performance data and business impact.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance visibility, reduce latency, and ensure performance SLAs.
Work closely with both IT and business teams to provide actionable insights.

Profile:
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration, dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics.
Deep understanding of business flows in financial services, ideally in capital markets.
Ability to translate performance metrics into business-relevant KPIs.
Excellent communication skills to interface with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
