Riber Pets is a growing fast and is looking for a Salon Manager in our newest Etwall salon. We are a pet business with a difference, the pooches (and sometimes other animals!) in our care are always top priority and that's why our customers love us so much.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality grooming services to ensure pets look and feel their best.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment for both pets and staff.
Manage the grooming diary efficiently to ensure pet safety is prioritised and targets are met.
Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their specific grooming needs.
Stay updated with the latest grooming techniques and trends.
Manage, train and inspire your team of groomers to UNLEASH THEIR POTENTIAL!

What We're Looking For:
Fully qualified groomer with previous experience at stylist / senior stylist / Manager level.
Passionate about animal care and grooming.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
