A Typical Day in the Job
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll be hands-on across paid, organic, and content-driven campaigns:
- Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation: Manage Google Ads performance, adjust budgets, bids, and pause underperforming ads.
- Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights to interpret campaign results and drive improvements.
- Content Creation & Publishing: Design assets in Canva and Adobe; upload content to WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Campaign Implementation: Support online campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, Google Docs/Sheets, AI tools; assist offline event promotions.
- Channel Management: Curate content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Blue Sky.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, external clients, suppliers, attend events, and represent the marketing team.
You'll receive personalised training and mentorship from seasoned digital professionals and grow with our Apprenticeship partners.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
- Hands-on experience planning and creating content-whether video, audio, or graphics
- Skilled with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress or similar CMS
- Strong analytical mindset focused on campaign performance
- A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- Salary: £16,000 per annum
- Workweek: Four-day structure-half-days Mon & Fri (9am to 1pm), full days Tue-Thu (9am to 5pm)
- Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
Through this Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, you'll gain practical experience and formal qualifications. Training is blended: 80% on-the-job learning, 20% structured off-the-job training-aligning perfectly with our fast-paced role. Expect to graduate with firm foundations in campaign management, content creation, analytics, and digital strategy.
