Digital Marketing Partner Manager Dutch Language €46,600- €54,400

Location: Dublin 4 (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term (with potential for extension)

Salary: €38,940 base + 20-40% bonus (OTE)

Role Overview

Due to continued growth, a leading global professional services organisation is seeking a Partner Manager to support the rollout of an innovative digital advertising solution across European markets.

In this role, you will work closely with businesses at the early stages of their digital advertising journey, helping them launch, optimise, and grow their presence on a fast growing social media platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating clients, shaping campaign strategies, and driving measurable results aligned with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and engage potential new partner businesses, delivering tailored product pitches.
  • Support new advertisers in onboarding and setting up effective campaigns for success.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to understand their strategic goals and co-develop marketing plans.
  • Build strong, long term relationships as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio.
  • Educate advertisers on campaign creation, optimisation techniques, and platform capabilities.
  • Manage and achieve individual KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
  • Fluency in a Dutch (essential).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a target driven, customer facing role (sales experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics.
  • Tech savvy with an interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Self motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
