Job Title: Demand Generation Manager (Hybrid working 2-3 days per week onsite)
Location: Telford
Contract Type: 12 month contract (Inside IR35)

Our client, a dynamic organisation in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to spearhead regional campaign planning and execution. This exciting role sits at the intersection of global strategy and local market execution, ensuring that divisional demand generation programmes resonate with distinct country markets and industry segments.

Key skills Required

• Proven experience in planning and executing B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple regions, ideally in a matrixed global organisation.
• Comfort in working across distinct segments and tailoring tactics for effectiveness.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and account-based/intent platforms; familiarity with AI content platforms is a plus.
• A history of effectively briefing and managing agencies or external partners, particularly for field or trade show events.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills with the ability to translate campaign data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with various teams and partners.
• Willingness to travel to support key events.
