Delivery Manager role

I am looking for a Delivery Manager's based in the Birmingham area to join a fast-growing consultancy who are looking to expand their team.

In this role, you will:

• Help establish and oversee the team on-site, keeping the team motivated and collaborative
• Identify complications and challenges and help the team overcome them
• Mentor members of the team to apply appropriate agile and lean tool techniques
• Communicate effectively, and build relationships with stakeholders

Skills and experience that you need:

• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Experience with SCRUM/Lean/DSDM/APMG
• Experience working in a team and project coordination
• Experience in Public Sector would be beneficial

What they offer:

• Salary range - £55-64k p/a
• Hybrid Working model - Up to 2 days in the Office
