Defence Admin & Operations Coordinator - RAF Waddington

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Built Estate Central Team at RAF Waddington. This full-time, office-based role supports responsive maintenance coordination and contract delivery.

You will use Maximo and MS Office, manage records, arrange meetings, and assist with Helpdesk inquiries while ensuring compliance, safety notices, and GDPR requirements. BPSS clearance is required to be eligible.
