Based in Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for: STEWARDYour missionYou rigorously and precisely ensure the quality and reliability of essential data for the smooth operation of the company (products, ranges, etc.). Your role involves facilitating the management of this data across departments, assisting teams with governance rules, and ensuring coherence, accuracy, and continuous updating of data in the ERP. You can alert and propose corrective actions in case of discrepancies (workload issues, recurring anomalies, process malfunctions, etc.).Your main responsibilities- Collect and consolidate all necessary data required for proper data entry- Create and maintain reference data (items, suppliers, characteristics, etc.) in the SI tools (Abacus), ensuring their coherence, integrity, and reliability- Maintain complete documentation (definitions of data, management rules, sources, and flows) and suggest changes when necessary- Coordinate business references to ensure compliance with defined input standards- Implement and enforce data governance rules- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of quality control processes for products (consistency checks and utilizing consistency controls, and carry out corrective actions when necessary)- Perform data cleaning, mapping, and data validation before and after projects (within the framework of SI projects)- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutionsYour technical skills- Mastery of reference data for items, suppliers, characteristics, and technical data- Skills in data cleaning and control: ability to maintain relevant dashboards to manage data quality and demonstrate precision in executing activities- Good understanding of product management functions in an environment with internal production and product life cycles- Business experience and/or diploma in data management or a related field- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, in a production/distribution company environment- Knowledge of Abacus (ERP) is a plus- Good command of English, minimum B1 level- Comfort in cross-functional environments- Excellent capacity for analysis and proactive problem-solving skills- Good judgment and precision- Good knowledge of cosmetic products is a plus- Ability to simplify technical topics for non-specialist audiencesEntry: immediate or at a later date; Permanent contract at 100%Interested?You will have the opportunity to evolve in a stimulating work environment while developing key skills within a Swiss luxury company specializing in skincare.
