Data Migrations Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

Overview

Clio is seeking a Data Migrations Specialist, EMEA to join our Customer Success Team in Dublin. This hybrid role works from our Dublin Hub and supports the expansion of our product, sales, and marketing teams across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data migration sessions to Spanish speaking customers across EMEA while also supporting English speaking regions.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Onboarding Specialists to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition to adopting our product quickly and effectively.
• Perform data transformations and imports from various sources (often CSV and SQL) into the Clio products and handle escalated data processing cases.
• Provide superb customer service throughout the data migration process.
• Manage multiple client cases at a time with strict observance of associated tasks and deadlines.
• Be confident, articulate, and sensitive to the needs of customers and internal partners.
• Contribute regularly to customer facing knowledge articles.
• Partner with Customer Enablement and Solutions Engineering teams to develop processes around the design, development, and testing of data transformation, extraction, and training activities.
• Gain a deep understanding of and stay up to date with the Clio product and common workflows.
• Always look for and be curious about process and technology improvements to enhance the customer's journey and automate the function of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish (required).
• Healthy customer obsession and focus on delivering exceptional client experience.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (lookups, text functions, IFERROR, pattern recognition).
• Proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions.
• Effortless communication skills, confident and sensitive to the needs of customers of all abilities.
• Experience with coding (Python, SQL) is an asset.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Experience working with API driven applications.
• Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
