Job Description

We're looking for a Workday People Systems & Analytics Specialist to join our rapidly growing People Systems & Analytics team in Dublin. This role is for someone who thrives in a rapid growth and high velocity environment and gets genuinely excited about making systems work better, digging into data, and helping a scaling organization run more smoothly.

About the team

Our People Systems & Analytics team sits at the intersection of people, process and technology. We own and optimise the tools that power our People function, make sure our data is accurate and accessible, and help the wider business make better decisions through smart reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in the implementation of Workday, our HRIS, covering configuration, day to day support, change management, and helping employees get comfortable with the new system.
  • Support testing across multiple Workday modules and act as a knowledgeable partner to our People, IT, and Finance teams as we roll things out.
  • Own documentation across our systems and processes, keeping things accurate and up to date throughout the full lifecycle of each system.
  • Maintain the data integrity and information security of our HRIS and broader People systems.
  • Create and iterate on documentation for future state People processes, and proactively flag areas where we can streamline or improve.
  • Support our biannual system upgrades, including testing and assessing downstream impacts across the business.
  • Build, maintain and optimise dashboards and reporting practices that power our People Analytics strategy.
  • Partner with our People and Finance teams to extract and present data in a way that is clear, insightful and actually useful.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in the People function of a fast growing tech company, with a strong focus on HR systems, Workday, and People analytics.
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational and auditing skills.
  • A solid understanding of best practices in People and HR analytics.
  • Experience building dashboards that turn complex data into understandable and actionable insights for non technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Bonus points: good grasp of database concepts, ability to write SQL queries, and hands on experience configuring or implementing Workday across multiple functional areas.
Benefits
  • Competitive, equitable salary within the €58,600-€79,200 range (salary bands vary by region and experience). Our pay bands allow room for growth; we typically hire around the midpoint.
  • Top tier health and dental benefits.
  • Hybrid work environment - local Clio employees are expected to be in office minimum twice per week.
  • Flexible time off policy and pension contribution.
  • Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.
  • Clear Total Rewards program that promotes a high performing culture.
Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (DIBE) & Accessibility

Our team shows up as their authentic selves and is united by our mission. We are dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we pride ourselves on building an environment where everyone feels included, valued, and enabled to do their best work, wherever they choose to log in from. We believe that different perspectives, skills, backgrounds, and experiences result in higher performing teams and better innovation.

We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Clio provides accessibility accommodations during the recruitment process - if you require any accommodation, please let us know and we will work with you to meet your needs.
