Data & Insights Lead for Fundraising Growth

London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office) charity seeking a Data & Insights Manager to lead and develop its growing insight function, managing two analysts and supporting a new fundraising strategy.

The role moves beyond traditional reporting to use data to understand audiences, inform fundraising decisions, and generate actionable insight. You'll develop audience profiling, segmentation, propensity modelling and lifetime value analyses, while ensuring current reporting remains strong.
