Data Analyst/Bi specialist

I'm currently looking for an experience Data Analyst/BI Specialist for a retail client

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis and reporting objectives.
• Analyze large datasets from various sources, performing statistical modelling to uncover trends and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data models and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies to ensure reliable reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel; experience with Python and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Experince with SAP Hana & Databircks.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in retail or fashion industry data, especially E-commerce, is a strong advantage.
