Join a fast-paced digital team driving innovation in healthcare technology. As the Interim CMS Platform Owner, you'll take charge of a headless CMS platform (MagnoliaCMS), ensuring its strategic alignment, technical performance, and seamless integration across the digital ecosystem.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the CMS platform strategy, roadmap, and performance
• Translate business needs into technical CMS solutions
• Oversee implementation, configuration, and optimization of the CMS
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration
• Provide training and support to CMS users
• Stay ahead of CMS trends and drive innovation

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years' experience in digital platforms, ideally as a CMS or product owner
• Strong expertise in headless CMS platforms (eg, MagnoliaCMS)
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working with DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and Agile teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Contract Details:

• Start: 1 November 2025
• Contract: Freelancer
• Contract length: 6 months initially
• Workload: Full-time - remote or hybrid
• Location: CET time zone
• Rate: To be discussed
