D365 Functional Solutions Architect - 9+ Months- Freelance

We are currently looking for an experienced D365 ERP Solutions Architect to join an exciting project at a prominent process & manufacturing industry organization., you'll step into an environment in active development, where your expertise has an immediate and visible impact.

As a D365 Functional Solutions Architect, you will:

• Assess the current IT landscape to identify improvements, optimizations and smarter integration opportunities.
• Translate process requirements into strong technical and functional designs, prioritizing user experience, maintainability and clear standardization.
• Apply strong D365 ERP expertise, ensuring Dynamics 365 is used to its full potential - especially within an environment where many critical apps interact with ERP.
• MES integrations experience is a strong plus, ensuring seamless collaboration between production and ERP systems.
• Keep applications reliable and future-proof by focusing on systems that genuinely add value and empower colleagues to work safely and smoothly.
• Turn complex business processes into scalable D365 solutions that boost efficiency and accelerate organizational goals.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft advancements, quickly turning new D365 features into practical, scalable innovations.
• Support change and adoption by training users, preparing clear documentation, and communication improvements in an accessible way.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of work experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT and industrial automation, enabling you to understand and optimize systems for maximum efficiency.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; German is a plus.
• A true team player mindset - proactive in driving improvements, energetic in your approach, and innovative in creating solutions that contribute to team and organizational success.

Contract details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Hybrid - Venlo
• Duration: 10months + (plus potential extensions)
