About the Role

• Making calls to existing and prospective Amoria Group clients
• Meeting with key stakeholders to develop relationships
• Negotiating to secure new business
• Working in partnership with clients to scope out project requirements
• Offering tailored solutions including Time & Materials and Work Packages.
• Researching projects and pipeline within your industry
• Advising clients on the best way to overcome their project challenges
• Making a meaningful impact on global businesses, their projects and successes - and on the broader societal change those projects drive.

What We're Looking For

• A proven recruitment professional with a strong track record of billing and exceeding targets
• Business development experience and a hunger to grow your client base
• Resilience, self motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high performance environment
