Hiring: Senior ISO 27001 Lead Implementer - NIS2 Compliance (Permanent Role Only)

Location: Belgium (Hybrid - 2 days/week on-site)

We're looking for a Senior ISO 27001 Lead Implementer with strong expertise in NIS2 Directive compliance to help drive the implementation and maturity of our client's Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Your Mission

Lead the implementation and maintenance of an ISO 27001:2022-compliant ISMS.
Ensure full alignment with NIS2 Directive requirements (Annex I & II).
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to support continuous improvement.
Advise stakeholders on risk, architecture, and compliance priorities.
Support external audits and guide internal teams on best practices.
Provide expert training and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Your Profile

Certified ISO 27001:2022 Lead Implementer and/or Lead Auditor.
Strong experience in NIS2 Directive implementation and EU cybersecurity regulation.
Background in information security (min. 5 years), with solid ISMS expertise.
Bachelor's or Master's in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
Telco or critical infrastructure experience is a strong asset.
Skilled communicator, able to translate technical risks into business terms.
Autonomous, proactive, and delivery-focused.
