In addition to our core services, we also support online casino platforms. For this part of our business, we are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our Customer Support team, where they will play a key role in helping us deliver top-tier service to our users.
The Role
We are looking for an customer-focused Customer Support Agent/Translator (Kurdish-Sorani) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our Kurdish-speaking (Sorani) user base, ensuring a seamless and positive experience on our betting platform. You will assist customers with account management, betting inquiries, payments, promotional offers, and other support needs, while also translating key communications to maintain a clear and culturally relevant user experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with account creation, registration documents, and payment methods.
- Handling betting inquiries, assisting users with placing bets, understanding odds, and navigating the betting platform.
- Supporting payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, and resolving payment-related issues.
- Providing clear information about promotions, bonuses, and rewards, and explaining terms and conditions.
- Assisting users with account management, including updating details, recovering passwords, and access troubleshooting.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints or disputes related to bets, payouts, and other platform issues.
- Promoting responsible gambling by informing customers about betting limits, self-exclusion options, and support resources.
- Troubleshooting technical issues on the platform and escalating complex problems to the technical support team.
- Translating customer inquiries, platform content, and internal communications between Kurdish-Sorani and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
- Translating texts on our websites English-Sorani.
- Staying up-to-date with casino/gambling trends and ensuring relevant and accurate content.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the Support Manager.
What We Are Looking For
- Native-level proficiency in Kurdish-Sorani, with excellent grammar, writing, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Open to working flexible working hours.
- A genuine interest in the casino/gambling industry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
