- Working Pattern: Branch based, with potential for remote roles after 12 months
- Provide face to face customer support in branch
- Handle queries, payments, and account updates

- Build strong customer relationships
- Support customers via phone, web chat, social media, and video calls (after initial branch experience)
- Minimum 12 months in customer service to build foundational skills
- Earn accreditations through the Skill Progression Framework
