The role

Our client has ambitious UK growth plans and, as a result of another internal promotion they are now looking to recruit a new Customer Supply Chain Coordinator, reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Manager.

The main purpose for this exciting role is to manage the order-to-invoice process for major UK customers and coordinate with approved logistics partners to ensure customer requirements are met. You will be responsible for ensuring suppliers comply with the required documentation regulations. You will also process orders direct from suppliers, review and approve invoices and ensure stock is in the right location at the right time. Additionally, you will monitor supply to order performance, inflowing stocks from international factories and manage 3PL partner warehouse stock transfers.

About you

We are looking for candidates with Customer Service or Customer Supply Chain experience working in FMCG, Industrial, Retail or Pharmaceutical sectors with experience of product stock flow and IT processes together with high customer service and sales team cross functional working skills. To be successful you will need to possess strong organisational and time management skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an excellent multi-tasker.

This job requires a confident, outgoing, resilient individual with a positive 'can do' attitude. You will be calm under pressure and have a keen attention to detail. You possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
