This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager - Defence and Intelligence in Ireland.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, geospatial technology, and mission critical defence and intelligence applications. You will act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers across the EMEA region, helping them maximize the value of advanced Earth observation data and cloud based analytics solutions. Working in a highly international and mission driven environment, you will owner customer relationships end to end, with a strong focus on retention, expansion, and value realization. You will collaborate closely with sales and cross functional teams to ensure customers achieve their operational and strategic goals. The role requires both technical understanding and strong relationship building skills to support complex government and defence use cases. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving, impact oriented environment where technology directly supports real world decision making.

Accountabilities
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long term strategic relationships with defence and intelligence customers across the EMEA region
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring value realization and satisfaction
  • Drive product adoption and expansion by helping customers effectively integrate and use geospatial and Earth observation solutions
  • Lead onboarding and training activities for new customers to ensure successful implementation and engagement
  • Co own renewal processes in collaboration with sales teams, focusing on retention and contract continuity
  • Provide ongoing customer support, proactively addressing needs and escalating issues when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve customer outcomes
  • Apply domain expertise in defence, intelligence, and geospatial technologies to guide customer strategy and usage
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer facing role
  • Proven experience managing relationships with defence, intelligence, or government customers
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies, remote sensing, or GIS is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in international environments
  • Professional fluency in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, complex, and multi stakeholder environment
  • Strong problem solving skills with a proactive, customer centric mindset
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
