iO Associates are delighted to be supporting a digital health company on their search for a Customer Success Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a clinical background who has transitioned into technology, implementation, or customer success, and who's passionate about improving patient care through digital solutions.

In this role, you'll be the key link between healthcare customers and the product team, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing success of a digital care coordination platform used by NHS organisations. You'll manage relationships, lead projects, and help hospitals and clinical teams achieve real outcomes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with NHS customers, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Lead implementation projects, ensuring smooth rollouts and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to design and optimise care pathways
  • Deliver training, support and guidance to help users get the most from the platform
  • Monitor customer engagement and drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working within or alongside the NHS
    . Clinical background (ideally nursing)
. Experience in digital health, customer success, clinical consultancy or implementation
. Excellent communication and relationship management skills
. Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities
. Comfortable working independently with regular travel to customer sites

What's in it for you?

  • A meaningful role where you'll directly impact how hospitals deliver patient care
  • The opportunity to work with an innovative and growing digital health company
  • Home-based flexibility with supportive colleagues and a collaborative culture
  • Competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Pension and healthcare benefits

If you're a clinically minded professional who's stepped into digital health and loves combining technology with patient care, this could be an exciting next step in your career.

Please note: The role requires travel to Lanarkshire and surrounding areas every 2-3 weeks, so please bear this in mind when submitting your application.
