Job Description
Client Services Representative (Zero-hours contract)

Our Customer Service & Sales team is at the forefront of delivering excellence. By managing relationships, leading proactive solutions, and elevating the client experience, every interaction makes a difference. Join our Business Aviation Training team as a Client Services Representative on a Zero hours contract at the Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

Position Type: On Call (Fixed Term)

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their training.
  • Welcome clients in a professional and respectful manner to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support client check in processes, verify identification, collect documentation, and issue class schedules and access passes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Training, Sales, Scheduling) to support client needs and resolve queries.
  • Ensure the Client Lounge is welcoming, well presented, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Perform general reception duties: answering the main switchboard, managing post, arranging couriers, and supporting transport and accommodation bookings.
  • Cover the reception desk approximately one day per week.
  • Administer client surveys and support related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer facing or client service role.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced operational environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work on site up to four days per week, including weekends, between 8:00AM and 2:00PM.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately (e.g., client identification checks).
  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service environments.
  • Experience in aviation, training, or corporate services environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Experience supporting front desk or office administration functions.
