Customer Service Specialist & Co-Owner (Hybrid)

Riverford, an employee-owned business, is seeking a Customer Service Team Member in Buckfastleigh, Devon. The role is hybrid, with some home working and at least two days in the office.

You will handle questions, orders and occasional complaints via phone, email, live chat and social media, delivering rapid, friendly responses. We offer 32 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a salary of £29,872.04 per annum, pro rata.
