Air Import Customer Service Specialist

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Import Customer Service Coordinator to join the Air Operations team in Hounslow. You will manage import airfreight shipments, act as the main customer contact, and ensure smooth processes from arrival to delivery, working with customers, customs, and operations.

You will support customs clearance, monitor shipments, and provide proactive updates while maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to billing accuracy and service improvement.
