Customer Service Specialist - Calm, Solutions Driven Support

Biffa Waste Services in Aylesbury is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours) is office-based with shifts from 7:45am to 5:30pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.

You will join a dedicated contact centre team, handling customer queries and delivering resolutions while providing excellent service. Training via a 4-week induction is provided; MS Office knowledge is helpful but not essential.
