This is an exciting opportunity; due to our ongoing success we are looking for new Customer Service Representatives to join us on a full time basis. What will I be doing?
This role is all about helping drivers stay on the road by providing top-notch support.
You'll be part of our friendly Tyre team, working on a customer specific dedicated team, offering help to our drivers, solving problems, and making sure they feel looked after.
Here's what that looks like day-to-day:
- Answering calls to drivers who need help and support
- Providing support & solutions to get vehicles back on the road
- Using our system to book appointments, authorise work carried out by our suppliers and various other admin tasks
- Working with your team to be part of The BEST Team, delivering and meeting our customers requirements.
When and where will I work?
Full-time: Monday to Friday, an 8 hour shift scheduled between 7am & 6pm with one weekend day per month, with a weekday off in return (meaning you'll get one weekday off per month to run errands, attend appointments, or just enjoy a quieter day to yourself!)
This is a hybrid role. You'll begin onsite at our Poole office during your probation period. After that, you can work from home 1-2 days a week, based on performance.
Do I need experience?
While previous office or admin experience is great, it's not essential. We'll provide full training and then development opportunities once you're up to speed. All we ask is that you have a willingness to learn, a strong team ethic and a friendly, enthusiastic approach to our customers.
