Customer Service Representative (Dutch)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

• Location: Work from Home (1 month on-site training in Lisbon)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (weekends off)
• Salary: 1,100 € + 80 € complexity bonus

About the project:

We are currently looking for a Dutch (C2) & English (B2) speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting a global financial technology company operating an online payments platform across multiple countries.

This position combines customer support and collections activities, requiring strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound & outbound calls (customer support + collections)
• Negotiating payments and securing promise-to-pay commitments
• Assisting with account funding and transactions
• Resolving account and collections inquiries
• Supporting vulnerable customers and insolvency cases
• Updating internal systems and arranging call-backs when needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center/retail/hospitality preferred)
• Dutch language at minimum C2 level
• English language at a minimum B2 level
• You can work remotely within Portugal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Salary: 1,100 € gross x 14 times per year
• Complexity bonus: up to 80€ gross per month
