Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Liverpool - Mersey Chambers with Hybrid Working

Salary: £26,938 - £28,609 plus up to £2,000 performance related bonus

Working Hours: Hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days in office, flexible with three rotating shift patterns.

• Early Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Mid Shift: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
• Late Shift: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Set goals and KPIs, hitting targets to impact team success and potentially increase salary.
• Deliver high quality service, consistently meeting and exceeding call audit standards.
• Turn complaints into opportunities, resolving difficult situations with patience, empathy and problem solving skills.
• Handle policy queries and changes, acting as the expert for customers needing help with their insurance policies.
• Provide VIP service to all customers, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company and its values in every interaction.
