We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative responsible for all aspects of the customer journey, including quotations, orders, and enquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Domestic and international sales order processing
  • Customer enquiries
  • Support with tradeshows and events
  • Export document compliance
  • Answer all telephone and written enquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently create customer quotations and sales orders
  • Support Sales Reps and management with face to face customer interaction when needed
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, values and instructions
  • Establish and develop customer specific requirements
  • Apply all payment compliance guidelines for handling customers' card details, maintaining their security
  • Proactively contact customers via telephone and email to promote sales
  • Maintain a positive attitude

This role is full time and fully office based at one of our two offices located in Stoke On Trent with free on site parking. Contract hours are 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30 5.00.

After successfully completing the probation period, you'll have access to our flexible working hours policy. Core office hours are 10:00 4:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 2:00 Friday. Outside of these times you can flex start and finish to suit your schedule, provided the 40 hours are completed. Flexible working arrangements are coordinated within the team to ensure customer service coverage and business needs continue to be met.
