What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Order Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients customers have an exceptional experience. Your daily tasks will include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly demeanour.
• Collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions in our system.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock queries.
• Using JD Edwards to process orders efficiently.
