What You'll Do:As a Customer Service Order Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients customers have an exceptional experience. Your daily tasks will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly demeanour.
- Collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions in our system.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock queries.
- Using JD Edwards to process orders efficiently.
