Title: Customer Service Manager Location: Reading / Remote Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

A Customer Service Manager is required for one of our clients to be based in Reading.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with management in the implementation of policies and procedures
• Adherence to regulatory standards and procedures
• Provide reports as required
• Dealing with customer inquiries via email and over the telephone
• Dealing with all associated administration

• Be performance, achievement and results driven
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Microsoft Project skills.
• Data analysis skills.
• Good online eCommerce sense.
