Job Description

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to work 36 hours per week across Oxford and Reading branches. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide information about savings products and services with a friendly, professional approach.

You may support customers face-to-face, online, and via our contact centre, helping them achieve their financial goals. We value people who listen, solve problems, and build trust.
