Customer Service Consultant - Branch & Phone Support

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Service Consultant for a 12 month fixed term contract at our Reigate branch. The role is full time, 36 hours per week, with a salary of £25,500 per annum plus an Area Allowance of £5,200 per annum.

You will engage with customers, explain our savings range and services, and help customers review their circumstances to achieve their financial goals. The role blends in-branch and contact centre interactions to serve customers efficiently.
