B2B Customer Service & Order Coordinator (Hybrid)

Etex Group in Burton on Trent is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for B2B customers, handling a high volume of orders and calls while working closely with accounts, supply chain and transport teams.

You will process 10-30 orders daily, use SAP and Excel to update the open order book, and coordinate with internal teams to meet KPI targets. Initially office-based for five months, then hybrid.
