Customer Service Apprentice: Path to Level 3 Specialist

Centrica plc is offering a customer service apprenticeship with British Gas, focused on providing excellent support to customers through phone, webchat, and email channels. Apprentices will manage their own caseload and receive training towards a Level 3 qualification.
