Customer Service Agent: Multi-Contract Support

APCOA PARKING UK in Uxbridge is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver high standard service on our on street contracts. This is a full time role, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 08:30 to 17:30, with a salary of £28,000 per annum.

You will be a flexible, multi functional member of a large, diverse team, handling calls and admin tasks, applying contract procedures and Government legislation, and helping ensure KPI and SLA targets are met.
