Customer Service Consultant - In-Branch & Phone Support

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Service Consultant to work 36 hours per week, permanent, to support branch operating hours at Oxford and Reading branches. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide information on savings products while delivering a high standard of service.

Applicants should have prior customer-facing experience, be able to work face-to-face or over the phone, and demonstrate a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
