Job Description

Reed Business Support are working with an established business based in Middlesbrough who are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Customer Service Advisor to join their operations team. This is an exciting period of growth and if you have a real drive for providing customer service then I want to hear from you!

  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:15
  • OTE available

Please note, this is an onsite based role - there is zero hybrid or WFH options given the nature of the business

Duties -

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to support sales and service activities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Advise customers on technical products and services
  • Prepare, issue, and proactively follow up on sales and service quotations
  • Provide administrative support to sales and service functions
  • Liaise internally to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM and internal systems
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead follow-up activities
