Customer Service / Sales Order Specialist - Worsley, Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days home). Ongoing temporary full time contract (37.5 hours per week) at £31,665 per annum, with the potential to become a permanent position. The role is based in BOC Limited's Customer Service Centre and requires at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex customer and sales order queries from start to resolution.
- Investigate and resolve issues across multiple systems.
- Work at pace while balancing competing priorities.
- Proactively identify improvements and challenge existing processes where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
- Previous experience in a call centre or contact centre environment (minimum 2 years).
- Proven experience handling complex customer or order related queries.
- Strong systems capability, ideally with exposure to SAP, AWS and Salesforce.
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Self motivated, proactive, and confident working independently.
- Exceptional candidates without contact centre experience may be considered.
- Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00am - 5:15pm.
- Occasional Saturday morning shift (7:00am - 12:00pm) approximately once every three months.
- Hybrid working: 2 days in the office / 3 days working from home.
Salary of £31,665 per annum, hybrid working model and an opportunity to step into a higher level role with real autonomy. Strong chance of securing a permanent position within a global organisation.
