We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to the team. You'll need to be a strong communicator and problem-solver, ready to go the extra mile for customers.

• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience in a complex organization
• Proficiency in French and English (written & spoken); understanding Dutch is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A driving license is preferred

As a Customer Service Representative,. you'll be the primary point of contact for the customers, handling their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

• Provide daily support to customers via phone and email, adhering to service level agreements
• Handle order entry, address general inquiries, manage returns, and create new customer profiles
• Resolve customer complaints, collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions
• Work closely with sales, suppliers, carriers, and warehouses in Germany and France to ensure smooth operations
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
