Job Description
  • Act as the face of Cozmo in our showroom, engaging with customers and delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Provide expert product knowledge, helping customers explore our unique designs and customisation options.
  • Convert showroom visitors, swatch requests, and online/email enquiries into sales.
  • Proactively follow up with potential customers via phone and email, ensuring every lead is nurtured.
  • Understand and enhance the customer journey, making sure every interaction feels personal and seamless.
Digital Customer Service & Support
  • Manage digital customer interactions via Gorgias, email, and phone, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.
  • Handle online customer service queries, from product questions to post-purchase support.
  • Assist in refining and optimising digital customer service processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Passion for Design & Interiors - You have a natural eye for aesthetics and an appreciation for high-quality design.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills - You can build relationships effortlessly, both in person and online.
  • Sales-Driven & Customer-Focused - You enjoy guiding customers through their journey and closing sales with confidence.
  • Creatively Engaged in Marketing & Social Media - You understand how to engage audiences and contribute to brand storytelling.
