Customer Experience Advisor - Book Distribution

Hachette UK Distribution Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Didcot-based team. You will handle emails and calls, process orders, coordinate deliveries and assist with claims, refunds and general administration while maintaining strong relationships with customers and publishers.

Based in Oxfordshire, this role offers a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in the office) with a 35-hour week from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and the opportunity to grow within a leading UK book
