Job Description
SIE SA is a network manager of distribution that delivers annually more than 350 million units to the inhabitants located in the territory of the municipalities of the Western Lausanne region: Chavannes-près-Renens, Crissier, Ecublens, and Renens. In addition to the activities of the GRD, we also offer a wide range of services such as X and maintenance of private installations, the entire public lighting network, the establishment and management of RCP, as well as financing through contracting photovoltaic systems and electric charging stations, among others. Moreover, we also have a privileged relationship with our sister company TVT Services SA, which is active in the development of the multimodal network. To support the company in its ongoing transformation and to strengthen its team, the "Data Management" sector is looking for a: SPECIALIST IN CUSTOMER DATA MANAGEMENT 100% - (M/F) Main tasks and responsibilities - Understand the needs of the different entities and the impact on the management of the Customer database- Conceptualize the customer database in our ISe database (for SIE and TVT)- Adapt the customer management according to the needs of our unit and the company- Implement the customer data management process to ensure quality- Maintain the quality of the database- Be the reference in database management and define the data governance rules for clients for the entire company- Train and support the unit in client data management processes- Maintain a connection with other units Required qualities and profile - A higher education (ES/HES) in management systems, management, or equivalent - Confirmed experience in customer data management, ideally in a multi-entity environment and/or related to proven experience in data analysis, quality control, and data quality (deduplication rules process, controls)- Good understanding of the requirements of the LPD (nLPD) applicable to customer data (e.g. accuracy, security, incident management, individual rights)- Proficiency in standard office tools (MS Office).
